4. MINORS’ PRIVACY & SAFETY (AGES 16–17)

Blackheart Molding Grounds places the highest priority on the protection of minors.

Participation by minors is permitted only with verified parent or legal guardian consent, as governed by our Minor Consent & Release Agreement and Master Participation, Conduct & Compliance Agreement.

Key Safeguards Include:

• Minors are identified only by approved platform usernames (e.g., Discord username, Steam ID, Gamertag, PSN ID)

• We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information from minors, including:
